See how e-Delivery or Web Presentment for recipient statement works.

Step 1: The Receipient receives an email

An email is sent to the recipient about the availability of their forms online.

Step 2: Recipient logs in

Recipients click on the link in the email to log in using their email and the last four digits of their tax id.

Step 3: Selecting the reporting option

Recipients choose to retrieve their forms online.

Step 4: Recipients access their form

Recipients get the list of forms and can print their statement(s).

Step 5: PDF Statements

Recipients can print or save their statement(s).
