From the home page, go to the Corrections page.
Select the form you want to correct. 1 – Select Form Type, 2 – Select Form Year, 3. Click the Search button. 4 – Select the suitable form from the list.
Depending on what you want to correct, choose the right Correction type. Click on individual boxes to see the explanation.
Click the Create Correction Form button.
The system creates the correction form. Review and Edit the correction form as needed; then click Proceed.
Once you have reviewed the correction and made the necessary edit, click Proceed to Checkout.
