How it works - Checking out your Forms.

See how to pa for your forms, and change filing options before that.

Step 1: Go to the Checkout Forms page

From the home page, go to the Checkout page.

Step 2: Review the List of Forms

Review the list of forms ready to checkout. Once you are ready, click the Checkout button.

Step 3: Review Invoice Details

To change the default filing options, 1 - click the Change button. If no changes, 2 - click the Checkout button.

Step 4: Choose Filing Options

Choose between the different filing options based on your needs. If you are unsure, please keep all options the same. Save changes.

Step 5: Enter Payment Details

Enter payment details securely. We do not store your payment card details on the site. Click the Pay button.

Step 6: Submit the Forms

After successful payment, submit the forms. Check the box to accept terms and then click Submit Forms button.
